Why Development First

More than a travel team.

We develop players for the next level — and the level after that. Here's what your athlete gets.

Development First

Individualized skill work, mechanics, and strength built around each player — not just winning weekend tournaments.

College Exposure

Recruiting profiles, video, and target-school tools that put your athlete in front of college coaches.

Elite Coaching

Coaches who teach the game the right way and care about the player as much as the result.

Real Game Reps

Competitive schedules, premier tournaments, and the at-bats and innings that actually grow players.

Questions

Good to know

When are tryouts?

Tryouts run throughout the offseason and as roster spots open. Submit the form and a coach will share the next available date that fits your player's age group.

What age groups do you have?

We field competitive teams from roughly 12U through 16U, and we're always evaluating talent across age groups. Not sure where your player fits? Just ask — we'll help.

What does "development first" mean?

It means we prioritize making players better — mechanics, strength, baseball IQ, and exposure — over chasing trophies. Winning follows development.

What happens after I submit?

You'll get an instant confirmation email, and a coach will personally follow up with tryout details and answer any questions.
